Our Story
The Vinzons Water Refilling Association Inc. (VWRAI) was established to regulate and oversee the operations of water refilling stations in the Municipality of Vinzons, Camarines Norte. As the demand for purified drinking water grew, so did the need for a unified body to ensure that all water refilling stations meet the required standards for safety and quality.
VWRAI works in close coordination with the Municipal Health Office, the Department of Health (DOH), and the local government to implement guidelines and conduct regular inspections. Our accreditation system ensures that every station operating in the municipality complies with sanitation, water quality, and operational standards.
Through our digital platform, we have modernized the accreditation process, making it more transparent, efficient, and accessible for both station owners and the general public. Citizens can now easily verify if a water refilling station is accredited, file complaints, and stay informed about association activities.
Our Mission
To ensure the delivery of safe, clean, and affordable drinking water to the residents of Vinzons, Camarines Norte by establishing and enforcing accreditation standards for all water refilling stations, promoting compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability and public service.
